Chapter T H R E E

I'll be putting it down in a minute

Christian Riley entered the home of his recent girlfriend and locked the door behind him. He set his bags down to the side, kicking off his shoes near them.
“Zion!” he yelled as he searched the upstairs for her. “Baby!” He called out to her once more after not receiving a response. Pulling the bedroom curtains back, he spotted her in the backyard, sitting by the pool. He jogged down the stairs and walked towards the back of the home. He slid open the glass doors and stepped onto the concrete, closing the doors behind him. Zion jumped in reaction as she heard the noise. She turned around and her troubled face soon turned into a wide smile. She kicked her feet out of the water and pushed herself up from her ground- skipping towards her man. They hadn’t seen each other in a month and a few days because Christian had been out of the country doing business.

“Nice to see you stranger.” Zion’s lips curved into a wider smile, showcasing all thirty-two pearly whites. She tossed her arms over his shoulder as he kissed her neck and then lips lightly. Zion stood on the tip of her toes as she latched her mouth onto Chris’ bottom lip. She lightly sucked on it, running her tongue over the plump flesh. Chris’ gigantic hands gripped her backside and in seconds her thighs were wrapped wound his waist and now her back was against the glass of the sliding doors.
Their kissing intensified, but was cut short when Chris’ phone vibrated and then rang. He growled, pushing one of his hands into his jeans as the other kept hold onto his girl’s waist. Zion then began sucking on the flesh right below his left ear and the rise in his jeans told her that he was as horny as she was. Before he could yank the phone out of his pockets, Zion grabbed his arm to prevent him from doing so.
“Babe it might be import-”
“Fuck it.” She grumbled, pushing him and coming down to her feet. “You are gone for a fucking month and you can’t miss one call for me?”
“Zee- please don’t go there.”
“Bullshit.”
The ringing stopped and seconds later it started up again. Christian kept his gaze on Zion as he retrieved the device from his jeans. He pushed talk and placed the phone on his ear. As soon as he heard the female’s voice on the other end, his eyes fell from Zion- he couldn’t face her while having a conversation with one of his main girls on the side. Zion was already cognizant of the female and had been planning her death for a while now. Zion wasn’t quite sure of how the woman looked, but she would find out. Her death was so close that Zion could actually taste it. She watched attentively as he and the woman conversed. Zion’s blood boiled- she was positive that the woman would be dead before the week was over.

Christian ended the call and Zion took her hand, reeled it back into a fist, and it collided with Chris’ jaw. He stumbled back, grabbing his jaw in the process.
“What the fuck! Did you really just have to do that shit?” he started off for her and grabbed hold of her arm.
“Nigga get your filthy paws off of me!”
Chris pulled Zion with him towards the inside of their home and pushed her into the wall as soon as he locked the door. She winced, but never let out any pain verbally. Once again, she punched Chris and his bottom lip split open on contact. He grabbed her chin, ramming her head harder into the wall- trying extremely hard not to hit her.
“What is your problem girl?”
“You’re my problem bitch. I swear when I get a hold to that whore, I’m going to kill her and then you.”
“You wouldn’t dare.”
“Oh, but I would.” Her knee slid up as she forcefully aimed between his legs. He doubled over as she ran past him, but was yanked back as he caught a grip on her shirt. It ripped instantly down the front, leaving her clad in a pair of shorts. “That was a seventy-eight dollar shirt Chris!”
“You busted my lip, do you think I care? Now bring your ass over here.”
“And if I don’t want to?” Zion challenged, smirking.
“I’m going to make you and when I make you, you’re going to regret it.”
“We’ll just have to see about that won’t we?”
“If that’s what you prefer then so be it.”
Chris gripped onto her shorts and yanked her petite frame onto his.
