"Im just sayin ma', and plus you know how Kiera is" I spoke to my mom over the phone as she tried to convence me to watch her hair salon while she handles her other business.
"Floyd, it's not like I ask you to do much, and it aint like you have something to do besides ride around town with your lil friends"
"Alright me, dang" I spoke back
"Thank you" she said satisfied
"Mhhm" I said as I pulled next to the curb where her hair salon was. I watched as Kiera walked in.
"I love you" my mom said
"Yeahh, you too"
I got out of the car, making sure I locked it. "Hey ladies" I spoke as I entered the shop.
"Hey Floyd!" they all answered. I hadn't heard Keira speak, and honestly, I wasn't up for her shit anyways.
"I know your lil yellow ass aint walk up in here with out speaking to me" I looked up to see probably the best hairstylist besides my moms & aunt, Maria {Pronounced Mariah}.
"I said hey" I responded
"Uh, to them! Maria would like her own" she said with her sassy attitude. I chuckled and walked over towards her chairs and hugged her.
"Hey Tigger" my aunt Kailen spoke. I sucked my teeth and walked away.
"Im too grown for you to be calling me that" I sat at the desk, texting one of the twins from Club Creme.
"Floyd" I looked up to see, Keira. I rolled my eyes and looked the other way
"Oh you cant see me now?" she asked placing her hand on her hips.
"Early lunch break, ya'll come on" Kailen spoke as she eyed both Kiera & I. I knew what she was doing, trying to get us alone. She knew Keira had lose screws. Kiera watched as the ladies exited the shop as I walked towards the back where Kailen was.
"Look, you need to handle that, I told you not to fuck with her Floyd! I told you!" she said pushing me
"I know Kai, I got it"
"Im not playing with you lil boy, if my sister finds out you've been sleeping with her hairstyler's, that's your ass" she pointed in my face. I smiled.
"I got it Kai" she shook her head and smirked
"Gone in there nah'"

The shop was now empty, except for Keira & I.
"Just put that shit out on the table, what chu' want?" I asked.
"Fine, why is it that every time I call, you forward it?"
"Cause you always starting shit!"
"Oh so we date then we done?"
"Nah. We fucked and we was done."
"Whatever Floyd, I aint got time for this, you on that lil shit anyway" she said, rolling her eyes as she turned away
"Lil shit huh? You was choking on my shit so I aint trippin" she turned around and set fire to my face as the echo of her slap chimed. I bit down on my lip as I kept my composure.
"Dont you ever disrespect me like that!" I sucked my teeth
"Respect? Maybe if you kept yo legs closed I would have" she looked at me with a pissed expression as I stepped closer to her, whispering in her ear, "But nah, you fucked me the day you met me. Excuse me for having higher standards of respecting women. And if it makes you feel better, I do repsect you, respect you enough to not put yo shit in the street" I stepped away, "Besides, I got a reputation to keep." Keira laughed and shook her head.
"You aint shit, you know that rig-"
"Dont come here with that you aint shit speech"
"Whatever Torrence" she said as she fanned me off.
"Torrence?" I repeated. She turned around with a dead look on her face. "So you fuckin him too?"
"Wasn't gettin it from you" she spoke as she folded her arms.
"What's going on here?" I looked over to see my mom, Joyce.
"Nothing" Keira spoke quickly, happy she had a reason to leave.
"Where is everybody?" she asked.
"With Kailen on break" I responded
"Your dad's in the car" she spoke. I cocked my eyes
"And?" she tilted her head side ways. "What chu' want me to do? Jump for Joyce? He aint here for me." Just as I finished, he walked in. I sucked my teeth and grabbed my keys
"Floyd, speak to your father" she asked as he stood in the doorway. I walked on towards the back hallway , headed for the back door, ignoring her request & him all together. As I turned the knob, Aldon called me out.
"Floyd!" Aldon spoke. I turned around.
"You need some?" I asked with a cocky attitude
"I cant just talk to you?"
"I aint got shit to say" I said as I tunred back around
"I know what happened was fucked up but-"
"Cut the bullshit! I aint tryna hear you. Gon'on to the bitch you cheated with! Feed ha' that shit" I walked out, slamming the door in his face.
I sped off in my car as I pressed the answer button, Torrence was calling.
"Yeaa?" i answered
"Where the fuck you at?" he asked with a hostile attitude. "We got shit to do"
"Fuck!" I grunted as I hit the steering wheel, "Iight, where y'all at?"
"Rome, you got 10."
I hung up the phone and hit the interstate. My hunger for money had my foot on the pedal, switching lanes.
"Yeahh, he coming now" I said to Rome as I examined the machine gun in my hand.
"Bitch pretty aint she?" Rome spoke.
"Hell yeah" I responed as I posed. Rome looked at me like I was stupid.
"Well I like my bitches clean, so keep yo dirty ass hands off of'em" he said snatching the gun away.
"Yo bitches aint got shit on mines!"
"Fuck you and yo bitches!" Rome replied
"I bet my bitch fuck yo ass up!"
"My nigga you wanna bet?" Rome aimed the machine gun at me as I quickly grabbed the one on the couch aiming it at him. Seconds later we were both laid out on the floor, laughing.
"Y'all nigga's done playing?" we looked up to see, Floyd.
"Bout time" Rome said tossing the machine gun in his hand.
"Damn, this bitch bad" Floyd said as he admire the artillery.
"Aye, go get the other shit from the closet" Rome said as he threw a Gucci duffle bag over his shoulder.
Floyd and I headed to the hall closet where two other duffle bags were.
"Whud up wit chu'?" Floyd asked
"What chu' mean?"
"You lookin lost as shit right now"
"I got other shit to do" I responded.
"Torrence, we talking money! Ching Ching! What shit you got to do? Any other time you'd be hype as fuck" he responded as we headed back to the living room.
"Im good man" I responded
"Keep a clean head man, you know what this is. We poppin nigga's, fuck yo conscience right now. Quit thinking."
The three of us headed to Saint's before everything went down, to go over the "Underground Take Over". As I drove in behind Floyd's car, all I could think about was Khiry. My mind was gone, true that, but my heart was too. I gripped the steering wheel as I applied more force to the gas pedal. I sped by Floyd, and soon, Rome. I was ready to crash, ready to put an end to it all.
I slammed my door as I ran towards Floyd's car. He stepped out of car, slamming the door behind him.
"What the fuck was that?!" I yelled.
"Man chill, I needed some excitement before this shit went down." Torrence spoke as Floyd's car slammed on brakes in front of Saint's place.
"That's what the fuck im talkin bout son!" Floyd said hoping out of the car
"Y'all some fuckin fools" I said as Floyd dapped Torrence.
I opened the door to see Mikhail, Agee & Ty already there. Everybody was present, it was time for Church. The six of us stepped in the room. The plan was to take down each corner, and with Saint owning a funeral home & a cleaning service, bodies could easily disappear, and blood would magicly vanish. The six of us would make the calls, though alot of Saint's "Amry Men" were in on it too, poppin niggas, and bitches if need be. In the end, we would take down The Core, and the "Underground Take Over" would really be put into work.
I had my nigga Mikhail wit me, ready to blow some up. We pulled up to Hamilton Square, probably one of the hottest spots in downtown, my name would soon be written all over it. "We taken'em by storm. Aint no rainy days, who ever aint backin down gettin lit up" I said as I parked the car.
"Oh it's War" Mikhail said cocking his WalterNight pistol.
